About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and target potential clients or customers in the field, aiming to convert leads into actual sales
2. Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase products or services to potential clients
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and generate referrals
4. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for new business and strategic growth
5. Achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company, tracking performance and reporting progress regularly
6. Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to close deals and ensure mutually beneficial agreements
7. Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention
8. Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans
9. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions, and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
10. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services and their benefits to effectively address client needs and questions
11. Manage and optimize a specific geographic area or territory to maximize sales opportunities and coverage
12. Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve sales skills and product knowledge
13. Gather feedback from clients to help improve products, services, and sales processes
