Field Sales Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Travel extensively to different hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities within the assigned territory
2. Interact with resource doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, pharmacists, and AMS
3. Onboard healthcare professionals onto the MediVaah platform, ensuring they are fully registered and familiar with the platform
4. Maintain and nurture relationships with onboarded professionals, providing ongoing support and addressing any concerns
5. Explain the benefits and usage of MediVaah's products and services clearly and convincingly to healthcare professionals
6. Act as a brand ambassador for MediVaah, ensuring a positive perception of the company in all interactions
7. Collect feedback from healthcare professionals and communicate it to the internal team for continuous improvement
8. Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies to increase adoption and usage of MediVaah's products

Qualifications:

1. Any graduate, preferably with a background in healthcare or related fields
2. 1+ years of experience in field marketing, sales, or related roles, preferably within the healthcare sector
3. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
4. Proficiency in Tamil or Kannada is highly desirable
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
6. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
7. Passion for healthcare and improving patient outcomes
8. Excellent relationship-building skills
9. Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner
10. A proactive and results-driven attitude
