8. Determining client's needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
9. Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring fair and honest dealing.
10. Maintain and update listings of available properties.
11. Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
