Field Sales Executive Fresher Job

Job Responsibilities:

1. Partner Onboarding: Identify and onboard potential partners (garages) to expand our service network.
2. Campaign Management: Conduct and manage offline marketing campaigns, and onboarding processes, and assist with pick-up and drop services.
3. Customer Assistance: Assist garages, customers, and pick-up/drop representatives to ensure smooth operations.
4. Payment Coordination: Ensure all payment activities are executed accurately and on time.
5. Field Sales & Marketing: Support field sales and marketing initiatives, contributing to brand establishment and required operations.

Skills:

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to grow in a sales role.
3. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
4. Basic knowledge of MS Office and a willingness to learn.
5. Passion for the automotive industry and eagerness to learn.

Additional Requirements:

1. Vehicle & License: Must possess a vehicle and a valid driving license.
2. Availability: Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and sales activities.
