About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Selling of banking and third-party products to new customers.
2. Conducting marketing activities and traveling locally to meet new customers as a daily activity.
3. Contacting existing customers for more deposits and cross-selling more products.
4. Achieving sales targets as assigned by the organization on a daily and monthly basis.
5. Completing all mandatory certifications required for the role (AMFI, EUIN, etc.) and completing all learning activities conducted by the bank from time to time.
6. Entering interaction with customers in the bank CRM system daily.
7. Following all compliance guidelines (regulatory & legislative) for each activity.
8. Participating and following all initiatives that are undertaken by the bank from time to time.
9. Acquiring new bank customers and pursuing new business relationships by selling savings accounts, current accounts, term deposits, debit/credit cards, and PG products like life Insurance/general insurance/mutual fund/retail asset products/online trading.
10. Fulfilling KYC and compliance norms.
11. Reaching out to high high-net-worth individuals.
12. Increasing the customer base by developing business relationships with current customers.
