Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive revenue generation within an assigned geographic area by implementing and executing strategies to meet sales targets.
2. Led and managed 'Field Sales Representatives', conducting territory analyses and closing sales opportunities.
3. Set achievable sales targets for the team based on directives from sales leadership.
4. Monitor team performance, providing motivation and support to help members meet or exceed sales goals.
5. Gather customer feedback and relay insights to senior management.
6. Travel to potential and existing customers within the assigned sales territory to present company offerings and enhance brand awareness.
