Field Sales Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct cold calling and meet with clients (buyers, sellers, investors) to understand their property requirements
2. Provide property information, answer client queries, and offer tailored solutions to match their needs
3. Schedule and conduct site visits for potential buyers
4. Present properties in an appealing manner, highlighting features, amenities, and advantages
5. Negotiate with buyers on property prices, payment plans, and other terms and conditions
6. Ensure that the deal is finalized to the satisfaction of both parties
7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and deals
8. Provide regular reports to managers or supervisors regarding progress, leads, and closed sales
9. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the organization
10. Monitor performance and adjust sales strategies as needed
