1. Take responsibility for entire sales cycle from lead generation, addressing inquiries, account mapping, proposals, negotiation, closure, order, delivery & installation tracking, and bill processing up to payment collection
2. Ensure coordination with the pre-sales team to propose the right and optimum solutions to customers
3. Ensure recovery of sales within 30 days, except with pre-approved extended credit
4. Acquire sales training and certifications as per organization requirement and roadmap
5. Update funnel regularly and report to manager on calls, closures, projections, losses
6. Comply with all internal sales processes like funneling, CSO, quotations, communications, and recovery
7. Interact with OEM/distributor for knowledge updates, funnel, pricing, stock updates
8. Do field or inside sales of desktops and laptops solutions which will generate bottom line revenue as per the set annual targets
9. Generate leads, achieve individual sales targets of Devices and Peripherals BU. and add new customer accounts
