Key responsibilities:

1. Meeting prospective clients, executing effective product demonstrations, and emphasizing product features and benefits with a focus on the value of the solution
2. Meeting committee members of apartments and societies to understand the scope of business and their expectations
3. Prospecting, educating, qualifying, and generating interest in sales opportunities
4. Onboarding new apartments on the NoBrokerHood platform (major KRA for BD)
5. Researching potential leads from the open market, web searches, or digital resources

Who can apply

1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Pune, Navi Mumbai, Mumbai and neighboring cities

Other requirements

Interest in business development (B2C) for software application products/solutions

Comfortable working on weekends (Saturday & Sunday mandatory), with a week off in between (Monday-Thursday)

Effective presentation and negotiation skills

Hands-on MS Office, Excel, Word, PPT, etc.

Two-wheeler with a DLM

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 4,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
