The primary responsibility of this role is to introduce and promote our chess coaching programs to residential societies in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a passion for chess, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to introduce Pawnstorm Academy s chess coaching programs to residential societies in Bangalore.
2. Identify and engage with key stakeholders, including society management, parents, and community leaders.
3. Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and informational sessions to promote the academy s chess coaching offerings.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with residential societies to ensure ongoing engagement and enrollment.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns tailored to residential societies.
6. Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
7. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.

Qualifications:
