Key responsibilities:

Designation: Sales and Marketing Executive (commercial space and open plots)
Experience: 0 to 7 years
Budget: 15k onwards + incentives (for experienced candidates, based on previous salary)
Company: Kapil Properties(Kapil Groups)
Location: Kapil Towers, Nanakramguda, Financial District, Hyderabad,

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle real estate customer's inbound and outbound calls(commercial space and open plots)
2. Work on handling customer queries over the phone and via emails at various stages of projects
3. Work on building and maintaining profitable relationships with customers and doing follow-up calls
4. Explain to the customers about the proper details of the property
5. Invite clients to site visits as per sales leads according to the requirements
6. Show capabilities of communicating and coordinating with other team members
7. Work on being involved in the weekend campaigns and programs

Note: This will be a target-based work
