As a field sales manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives and sales efforts. Your role will involve managing a team of sales representatives and providing guidance and support to help them achieve their targets. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to generate leads and drive sales
2. Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to maximize their potential
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
4. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
5. Collaborate with other departments to create cohesive marketing campaigns
6. Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to constantly improve sales and marketing strategies

Note:

1. Fixed salary: Rs. 25000 CTC to Rs. 33000 CTC per month
2. Minimum experience: 1 year in sales
3. Per month + unlimited incentive + career growth
4. Only male candidates can apply
5. Qualification: Graduate and above
6. Both field & office work
7. Age: 22 years to 40 years
