Sales manager is one who is responsible for identifying and recruiting quality associate partner and generate sales from the associate partner to get the business for SasteGhar.com.
Key Responsibilities:
(a) Recruiting quality associate partner:
1. Prospecting on regular basis to find quality associate partner on regular basis.
2. Call min 2 hours/day to fix meetings with prospecting associate partners.
3. Do Minimum 10 screenings in office.
4. Invite 16 prospects to career seminar per month.
(b) Achieve sales and revenue target:
1. Creating sales funnel and tracking C.M.S.C score of the team and ensuring enough inputs to over achieve goal.
2. Set monthly/quarterly/half yearly/yearly goals of associate partners.
(c) Facilitating sales for the associate partners:
1. Demonstrate 10 sales calls in field.
2. Track C.M.S.C score.
3. Observe 5 sales calls in field.
4. Help associate partner to close the sale.
(d) Develop the sales skills and knowledge of the associate partners:
1. Do GID every month.
2. Do role plays of sales call with each AP.
3. Plan training of associates as per need.
Measurement metrics:
1. Achieving monthly/quarterly/half yearly/yearly targets of recruiting associate partner.
2. Achieving monthly/quarterly/half yearly/yearly targets of no of sales, value and revenue.
3. Team activation:
a. Rising star trophy-70%
b. Career success award-40%
c. Career producer award-30%
1. Candidates with minimum 3 years of experience.
Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year
