About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Possess in-depth knowledge of team management and the real estate industry.
2. A background in internships related to real estate or banking is preferred.
3. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Pune west market.
4. Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly planning of site visit schedules and arrangements by the pre-sales team, building a robust site visit pipeline.
5. Manage a large pre-sales telemarketing team.
6. Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams for effective data (leads) management.
7. Administer CRM management.
8. Handle management information systems (MIS) effectively.
9. Delegate leads to team members appropriately.
10. Familiarity with MS Office tools and other relevant systems is advantageous.
11. Ensure thorough knowledge of team handling and the real estate industry.
12. Follow up with existing leads to drive engagement and conversions.
