3. Craft compelling sales pitches, presentations, and proposals tailored to each prospect's needs
4. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with Infiheal's pricing and revenue targets
(c) Relationship management:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and concerns
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of services
(d) Sales performance and reporting:
1. Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
2. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
3. Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to senior management
(e) Team leadership and mentorship:
1. Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing B2B sales team
2. Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members, fostering their professional development

Requirements:
1. Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the healthcare, technology, or SaaS industry
2. Strong understanding of chatbot technologies, AI-driven solutions, and mental health services
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
4. Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and engage with senior-level decision-makers
5. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans that drive revenue growth
6. Experience in managing and leading high-performance sales teams
7. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA (good to have)
