As a field sales manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts to new heights. This dynamic position requires someone with a deep understanding of sales strategies, exceptional communication skills, and proficiency in Salesforce.
Key responsibilities:
1. Lead a team of field sales representatives to achieve sales targets and KPIs
2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our client base and increase revenue
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
4. Conduct regular sales meetings and provide coaching and training to sales team members
5. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
6. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive product launches and promotions
7. Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports for senior management
Note:
1. Fixed salary: Rs. 25,000 CTC to Rs. 33,000 CTC per month
2. Minimum experience: 1 year in sales
3. Per month + unlimited incentive + career growth
4. Only male candidates can apply
5. Qualification: Graduate and above
6. There is both field & office work
7. Age: 22 years to 40 years
