Minimum graduation required. Students in their final year of graduation or post-graduation too can apply.
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,25,000 - 4,25,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 75%
2. Variable component: 25%
1. Purpose:
To train participants from the beginning with a member-centric –“service to sell” approach, which should prepare them with better member/ client engagement during & post the sales, thereby enabling them to perform better.
2. Terms of Employment:
1. Participants will be hired as “(On the Job) sales trainees” for a period of 6 months from the date of joining
2. Post 6 months of the training period, the participants will be confirmed at G4 as relationship managers, subject to clearing the final “certification”
3. Participants not clearing the certification will get a further extension of 30 days, with specific handholding & will have to undergo a re-certification
4. Participants not clearing the re-certification will not be absorbed in the organization
5. Participants will not be entitled to any incentive till the period they are under traineeship and have cleared their certification
3. Training:
The training plan will be divided into 2 phases –
1. Phase – 1 = Focused on developing a strong service orientation & member engagement skills which should enable the participants to connect with members & generate references
2. Phase – 2 = Focused on developing selling skills which should enable the participants to deliver higher conversion, keeping in mind the quality parameters
3. Each phase comprises classroom & On-the-Job training interventions in line with the overall skill-building objective of the phase
