About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Installation, setup, and servicing of home automation systems at customer premises
2. Providing installation instructions and maintenance training to customers
3. Remote and on-site troubleshooting of automation systems
4. Handling customer support queries - answering phone calls and responding to emails
5. Conducting pre-sales site inspections to assess installation feasibility
6. Post-sales support & servicing, ensuring system performance and customer satisfaction
7. Collecting and reporting after-sales support data to the Regional Operations Manager
8. Coordinating with the sales team for technical support
9. Responsible for after-sales support in the assigned region
10. Other team tasks assigned by the Manager

Other requirements

1. ITI Certification in Electrical or related field

2. Open to both freshers and experienced candidates with competence in electrical wiring, networking, and installation

3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

4. Willingness to travel for fieldwork (visiting client locations for installation & servicing)

5. Good communication skills for client interactions
