Film Production Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Pre-production Planning
Concept Development: Brainstorm and develop video concepts based on client briefs or internal needs.
Scriptwriting: Collaborate on script creation or provide input on script structure and flow.
Budgeting: Assist in preparing and managing budgets, ensuring the project stays within financial constraints.
Scheduling: Coordinate shoot dates, plan timelines, and create production schedules.
Location Scouting: Identify and secure appropriate locations for video shoots.

2. Post-production Management
Supervise Editing: Work with editors to ensure the footage aligns with the script and vision. Provide feedback on cuts and drafts.
Graphics & Sound: Collaborate with graphic designers and sound designers to enhance the final product.
Revisions: Handle client feedback and ensure necessary revisions are made.

3. On-Set Production
Overseeing Shoots: Manage the shooting process to ensure all footage is captured according to the creative vision and schedule.
Ensuring Quality: Monitor the quality of video capture, audio recording, and lighting.

4. Project Delivery
Final Output: Ensure that the final video meets the client's requirements in terms of quality, branding, and messaging.
Formats: Deliver videos in the required formats for online, broadcast, or social media platforms.
Archiving: Organize and archive project files for future reference or use.

5. Creative Input
Visual Style: Contribute to the creative vision by recommending visual styles, camera angles, and artistic elements.
Storytelling: Ensure the narrative flow is engaging and aligns with the overall message of the video.
