1. Record, classify, and summarize financial transactions accurately and timely
2. Maintain and update financial records including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
3. Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents
4. Prepare financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements regularly
5. Generate financial reports and analysis to support management decision-making
6. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
7. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts
8. Provide insights and recommendations to improve budget accuracy and efficiency
9. Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
10. Interpret financial data and prepare reports for management review
11. Assist in audits and compliance reviews by providing necessary documentation and support
12. Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and ensure compliance with relevant laws and standards
13. Collaborate with management to develop financial strategies and goals
14. Provide recommendations for improving financial performance and operational efficiency
15. Assist in inventory management for the management
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (IPCC or CMA certification is a plus)
2. Proven experience of 4-5 years in finance or accounting roles, preferably in a service industry
3. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and financial reporting
4. Proficiency in accounting software, Tally ERP-9, and MS Excel (Experience with ERP systems is desirable)
5. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
8. High level of integrity and ethical standards
