Finance Associate Job

Key responsibilities:

a. Onboarding:
1. Schedule onboarding calls, and assist with Form I9 and W4.
2. Explain benefits, and help with insurance enrolment.
3. Verify profiles, and update tax exemptions based on visa status

b. Administrative Duties:
1. Update employee profiles (address, rate, tax exemptions).
2. Handle terminations, and manage W2 generation.

c. Insurance Management:
1. Coordinate renewals, and liaise with providers.
2. Verify enrolment, and assist with registration.
3. Update employee info for changes and dependents.

d. EAD Management:
1. Monitor EAD expirations, and coordinate renewals.
2. Update records, and adjust tax exemptions.

e. Employment Verifications:
1. Conduct background checks, and provide verifications.
2. Verify employment details for loan applications.

f. HR Tasks:
1. Generate offer letters, and manage resignations.
2. Verify client site resignations, and handle contracts.

g. USA & Canada Payroll:
1. Conduct background checks, and manage onboarding.
2. Communicate new hire details.

h. 1099 Contractor Payments:
1. Process legal invoice payments.
2. Collect documentation, and share monthly reports.

i. H1-B Visa Management:
1. Coordinate with the legal team, and update tax exemptions.
2. Required Qualifications and Background.
3. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience.
4. Masters(MBA/M.com).
