1. Handle all overseas transactions
2. Ensure timely accounting of revenue invoices and unbilled revenue/revenue accrual
3. Schedule customer refunds, collect customer payments, and streamline processes for customer revenue, refunds, and collections.
4. Monitor aged receivables and customer advances & communicate the discrepancies to the management promptly
5. Work on accurately reporting and analyzing revenue, customer receivables & advances
6. Ensure prompt response to customer queries and their resolution
