Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making
2. Manage daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, cash flow, and budgeting
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for auditing and compliance purposes
4. Assist in financial planning and forecasting to ensure the company's financial health and growth
5. Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency
6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to provide proactive financial guidance
7. Support the management team in ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives to drive business success
