We are looking for a Finance Executive with expertise in Tally and GST to join our finance team and play a crucial role in integrating Tally with our software. This candidate will also serve as a support executive, assisting our internal teams and clients regarding Tally-related issues and inquiries. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, proficiency in Tally software, and in-depth knowledge of GST regulations.
Key responsibilities:
1. Technical support:
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and clients regarding Tally-related queries and issues. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for Tally integration and usage.
2. Data management:
- Manage and maintain data integrity between our software and Tally
- Monitor data transfer processes and resolve any data discrepancies.
3. Data entry and bookkeeping:
- Enter financial data into Tally accurately and promptly.
- Assist in maintaining organized and up-to-date financial records.
4. GST compliance:
- Prepare and file GST returns as per statutory deadlines.
- Ensure proper input and output GST tax calculations.
- Stay updated on changes in GST laws and regulations.
5. Financial reporting:
- Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and analyses.
- Provide support in month-end and year-end closing processes.
6. Documentation:
- Maintain organized and accurate financial documentation for reference and audit purposes.
7. General support:
- Provide general administrative and accounting support to the finance team as needed.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
2. Strong proficiency in Tally ERP software
3. Good understanding of GST regulations and compliance
4. Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
5. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
8. Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines
9. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other office software
