Finance Executive Job

We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented finance executive for compliance & documentation to join our Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for verifying documents as per the checklist, ensuring corporate legal compliance, communicating effectively with the internal team, and coordinating with the Accounts and Finance team for further processing. This role requires excellent communication skills, a structured approach to documentation, and a basic understanding of accounting principles.

Key responsibilities:

1. Verify all documents to be submitted to the client to ensure compliance with the required standards and regulations.
2. Respond to internal teams emails professionally and in a timely manner.
3. Allocate and categorize documents systematically for easy retrieval and reference.
4. Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency in document processing.
5. Work according to the provided checklist to ensure accuracy and completeness of verification.
6. Ensure adherence to corporate legal compliance guidelines in all documentation-related processes.
7. Draft and respond to emails in a professional and precise manner.
8. Coordinate with the finance team to facilitate smooth processing after document verification.
9. Possess a basic understanding of accounting to verify financial-related documents.

Required skills & qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Strong email drafting and client interaction skills.
4. Attention to detail and ability to work with checklists and SOPs.
5. Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and document management tools.
7. Ability to work independently and collaborate with different departments.
