As a Finance Executive, you will play a crucial role in our financial operations and strategic decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee the company's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
2. Working with other accounting department members to compile, analyze, and report financial data.
3. Act as a point of contact between the different parts of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and external parties, such as vendors, clients, or lenders.
4. To attend meetings with internal departments or interact with them via telephone or written communication.
5. To coordinate with the legal team for the agreement draft process.
6. To check the timelines of client agreement, start, and closure.
7. Prepare weekly, monthly, and yearly financial reports.
8. To maintain all the monthly T3 trackers' sheets up to date
9. To raise invoices and follow up with the finance team for payments
10. Ensure that company bills are paid, and debts are collected.
11. Provide detailed analysis and explanation of transactions.
12. They may handle bookkeeping, assist in preparing financial reports, taxes, and audits, and resolve discrepancies.
13. Work on company accounts payable functions- vendor invoice payment, ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments, and manage vendor contracts.
14. He/she should be analytical, collaborative, and trustworthy.
15. Take on additional tasks or projects to learn more about accounting and office operations.
