Key responsibilities:

1. Perform fundamental financial analysis and present them in a structured manner
2. Analyze financial statements and rent roll on a proprietary platform
3. Prepare preliminary loan sizing, Incorporate and analyze property operating statements and rent rolls, and perform re-underwriting based on cash-flows

Requirements:

1. 0-3 years in the commercial real estate industry, focusing on financial analysis
2. Ability to interpret financial statements
3. Commerce graduates/post graduates preferred
