Key responsibilities:
1. Engage with prospective clients on a daily basis, providing them with exceptional customer service and a positive gym experience
2. Understand clients' fitness goals and preferences to offer tailored membership and package options that suit their needs
3. Effectively pitch and promote gym membership and various fitness services to convert leads into loyal customers
4. Maintain a strong knowledge of our gym facilities, classes, and offerings to provide accurate information and answer client inquiries
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty
Requirements:
1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with clients and understand their fitness goals
2. Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, multitasking between attending to clients and handling administrative tasks
3. Motivated and target-oriented mindset to meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to the growth of WTF
4. Basic knowledge of fitness and gym equipment, or a willingness to learn
5. Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
Note: This job opportunity is open to freshers who are enthusiastic, customer-focused, and eager to learn.

Other requirements
Experience in sales: Preferably, we are looking for candidates who have prior experience in sales or customer service roles
Experience in the fitness industry would be an added advantage
Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role
The candidate should be able to effectively engage with potential clients, pitch offers, and convey the benefits of gym membership
Customer-focused attitude: We value candidates who prioritize customer satisfaction and can provide a positive experience to every client
The ideal candidate should be empathetic, patient, and skilled at building relationships with customers
Goal-oriented and results-driven: The candidate should be motivated by targets and have a track record of achieving sales goals
They should possess a proactive attitude and be able to work towards meeting and exceeding sales targets
Salary
Duration: 2 months
Salary during probation: ₹12,000 - 15,000 /month
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 10%
3. Other incentives: 10%
