Floor Supervisor - Logistics Operations Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on team management:
i. Distribute daily packaging tasks among the team to ensure smooth execution.
ii. Oversee the packaging process and ensure it aligns with the plan of action.
2. Work on order management:
i. Take ownership of purchase orders (POs) packaging and dispatch operations.
ii. Assist in the final packaging of daily orders to meet dispatch deadlines.
3. Handle floor operations oversight:
i. Manage day-to-day floor operations efficiently to ensure workflow continuity.
ii. Monitor and report any operational challenges and work towards resolutions.
4. Work on reporting and data management:
i. Prepare and share the daily dispatched orders report.
ii. Maintain RTO (return to origin) data accurately in Excel sheets.
ii. Update and maintain trackers for various delivery portals regularly.
