Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features for mobile applications
2. Develop and maintain high-quality, reusable, and efficient code using the Flutter framework
3. Identify and troubleshoot issues and bugs, and provide timely resolutions to ensure app performance and stability
4. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
5. Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in mobile app development
7. Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for app improvement
8. Ensure the best possible user experience by implementing engaging UI/UX designs
9. Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate APIs and deliver seamless app functionalities
10. Assist in estimating project timelines and deliverables, and adhere to project deadlines

Who can apply:

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
2. Proven experience as a Flutter developer with 1-2 years of hands-on development experience in creating mobile applications
3. Strong knowledge of Dart programming language and Flutter framework
