Key responsibilities:

1. Work on implementing innovative technical solutions
2. Contribute to best development practices, create high-performance algorithms, iterate & learn
3. Communicate constructively with team members to cooperatively build a product suite that delights end-users
4. Contribute to team decisions about system architecture and the selection of technical tools
5. Troubleshoot issues as they arise and resolve technical challenges
6. Understand complex business concerns and contribute to brainstorming pragmatic options to address and simplify them

1. Technical skills (must have)

2. Web app development in Flutter and Go/Python as backend

3. Experience in Dart, Go/Python programming, and HTML/CSS

4. Basics of web app release control and deployment

5. Technical Skills (good to have) - React, Angular, SQL, Flask/Django, API development, RDBMS, data structures, and algorithms

6. Knowledge of computer graphics and/or video technologies

7. Ability to grasp the underlying business problems and come up with solutions that are fit for the purpose

8. Effective communication skills

9. Ability to swiftly create proof-of-concepts

10. Strong interpersonal and time-management skills

Salary

Annual CTC: 3 - 6 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
