Key responsibilities:

1. Manage to take responsibility for all activities related to the respective department such as teaching, and scheduling demo classes/regular classes of different students if available
2. Assist to take the lectures of the course
3. Work to upgrade technical knowledge through training of technical skills to match industry-updated standards
4. Follow academic department guidelines and SOP (like PTM, students project assessment, method of teaching, number of lectures, and reports)
5. Create content, material, and tests for subjects related as required
6. Attend meetings of the department/organization at regular intervals
7. Assist with sorting out issues and challenges faced by students
8. Perform occasional and related duties as assigned by the faculty head
9. Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
10. Assist with filling, maintaining, checking, and evaluating data and records of ERP
11. Work to plan new events, and activities to promote courses and our organization

Requirements:

1. Only BCA, BSc IT, MCA, MSc-IT, BE-IT, or BE computer science may apply
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with faculties, management staff, and parents of students
3. Excellent problem-solving abilities of students
4. Decision-making ability
5. Excellent computer proficiency in respective technical skills while taking lectures, maintaining a positive attitude, and providing exemplary service
6. Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given prescribed routines, and standard accepted practice
7. Small-duration courses/digital courses related to the field would be an added advantage

Additional information:

1. In a week 5 days for students training and 1 day for self-improvement, student assessment, and other work
2. Activities should be conducted inside or outside of the organization whenever required as part of academic growth
