About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handling day-to-day kitchen work and ensuring cleanliness in the kitchen
2. Maintaining stock register for grocery/dairy/veg, non-veg items, and products
3. Preparing menu charts and making time-to-time changes/updates
4. Increasing the intake of food orders from guests
5. Working on cost analysis of food bills and entire kitchen-related expenses including salary
