Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food & Beverage Captain to join our team at AIPL. As the Food & Beverage Captain, you will be responsible for overseeing the food and beverage operations and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is based in Ludhiana, Punjab, India, and is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

4 to 6 years of experience in the hospitality industry
Proven experience in hospitality management
Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations
Strong guest service management skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in computer systems and software used in the industry
Certification in food safety and hygiene

Roles and Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all food and beverage activities
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Manage and train the food and beverage staff
Ensure the highest levels of customer service
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
Create and update menus, taking into consideration seasonal and local ingredients
Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
Monitor and control costs to achieve profitability
