Founders Office Associate Job

1. Possession of a bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, marketing, or a related discipline

2. Demonstrated track record in startups or consumer focused companies, either on the business or operations side for at least 2 years

3. Strong communication skills, both written and spoken across both English and Indian vernacular languages

4. Impeccable standards of integrity, confidentiality, and professional discernment

5. Thrives within an agile, high-velocity environment, adeptly managing concurrent priorities, with the ability to work both independently and collaborate with a team

6. Excitement to work in the healthcare and consumer space and/or experience working in this space. Bonus points for an interest in Ayurveda!
