Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and Implement Software Solutions: Understand user requirements, design software systems, and write clean, efficient code to implement those systems.
2. Develop high-quality 3D graphics, models, environments, and animations for immersive web experiences using WebGL frameworks like Three.js and Babylon.js.
3. Problem-solving and Analytical Skills: Employ strong problem-solving skills to find creative and efficient solutions to complex challenges.
4. Strong Coding and Architecture Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in JavaScript, Typescript, etc. Independently write algorithms for solving complex graphics problems.
5. Testing and Debugging: Ensure software meets quality standards by testing thoroughly, identifying, and fixing bugs. Also, ensure compatibility across a range of web browsers and devices.
6. Documentation: Write and maintain detailed documentation and utilize version control systems like Git as a standard practice.
7. Collaborative Work: Work closely with the creative team to integrate high-quality 3D graphics and animations seamlessly into digital experiences. Ensure compatibility across a range of web browsers and devices, optimizing shaders to improve visual quality and performance.
8. Continuous Learning and Skill Development: Keep abreast of emerging trends and technologies, latest programming languages, tools, and best practices in 3D web development to adapt to rapidly evolving technology.
Requirements:
1. Proficiency in Three.js, Babylon.js, and other WebGL frameworks.
2. Strong understanding of 3D graphics, 3D math, and shader programming.
3. Experience with Baby Con Js, Model Viewer, Node.js, PHP, Python NLP, Draco Compression, Unity, Spark AR, and Lens Studio is a plus.
4. Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently to meet tight deadlines.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
6. A portfolio showcasing previous work in 3D web development is highly desirable.
7. A growth mindset towards collaborating within the dynamics of a fast-paced team.
