Key responsibilities:

1. Install, inspect, and repair air conditioning systems, including ductless and central units.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with electrical and mechanical components.
3. Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning filters, checking refrigerant levels, and calibrating thermostats.
4. Ensure compliance with safety standards and HVAC regulations.
5. Provide recommendations for improving efficiency or upgrading systems.
6. Maintain records of repairs, installations, and maintenance work performed.
7. Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely manner.
