Key responsibilities:

1. Provide personalized counseling to help students navigate educational paths and make informed decisions about courses and career options.
2. Collaborate with educators and industry professionals to design and refine curricula that align with job market demands.
3. Assist students in identifying career goals and opportunities within the EdTech field, offering resources for internships and job placements.
4. Guide students in effectively utilizing educational technologies to develop necessary skills for the workforce.
5. Track and assess student performance, providing interventions and support to ensure academic success.
6. Organize and conduct workshops on study skills, resume writing, interview preparation, and trends in EdTech.
7. Work closely with faculty to identify student needs and tailor support services to enhance the learning experience.
8. Collect and analyze student feedback to improve counseling services and educational programs, ensuring they meet evolving needs.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 2 months

Salary during probation: ₹13,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,15,000 - 6,20,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 15,000 - 20,000 /year
