As an Academic Counselor at Corizo EduTech, you will play a crucial role in guiding students toward academic success and personal growth. We are looking for someone who excels in effective communication and possesses strong English proficiency, as well as proficiency in MS Excel to track and analyze student progress.
Key responsibilities:
1. Provide academic guidance and support to students to help them achieve their educational goals.
2. Communicate with students, parents, and faculty to ensure a collaborative approach to academic success.
3. Utilize MS Excel to track student progress and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
4. Develop individualized academic plans for students based on their strengths, weaknesses, and goals.
5. Conduct workshops and seminars on study skills, time management, and other relevant topics.
6. Collaborate with other academic counselors and educators to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
7. Stay current on educational trends and best practices to continuously improve counseling techniques and strategies.
Location: Bangalore
Probation Period:
During the period of probation, your monthly CTC will be INR 15,000 + incentives up to INR 10,000.

Compensation Offered:
Fixed CTC - INR 360,000 LPA plus a Variable CTC - INR 250,000 LPA which is uncapped as of date.
