Academic Counselor Fresher Job

As an academic counselor at Euro Dreams, you will have the exciting opportunity to guide and support students in achieving their dreams of studying abroad. Your role will require a high level of English proficiency, both spoken and written, as well as strong skills in effective communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and the use of Google Suite for administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities:

1. Provide personalized academic counseling to students, helping them choose the right courses and universities based on their goals and interests
2. Assist students in the application process, including essay writing, resume building, and interview preparation
3. Coordinate with universities and other educational institutions to ensure smooth admission processes for our students
4. Conduct workshops and seminars to educate students on study abroad opportunities and requirements
5. Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular updates to both students and management
6. Handle client interactions professionally and courteously, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
7. Collaborate with team members to continuously improve our services and enhance the overall student experience
