We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented 'Finance Executive/Accountant' with CA inter qualification or CA final dropout to join our finance department. This opportunity is specifically designed for individuals with knowledge of GST, TDS, balance sheet preparation, invoicing, Excel proficiency, billing, and salary processing. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in finance and accounting principles and a desire to gain hands-on experience in a professional setting.
Key Responsibilities:
A. GST and TDS Compliance:
1. Assist in the preparation and filing of GST returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and annual returns.
2. Support in the reconciliation of GST input and output tax credits.
3. Assist in TDS compliance.
B. Invoicing and Billing:
1. Assist in the generation and issuance of E-invoices to clients in a timely and accurate manner.
2. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper documentation and approval for invoicing.
3. Support billing activities and address client inquiries related to invoices.
C. Balance Sheet Preparation:
1. Assist in reconciling balance sheet accounts and identifying discrepancies.
2. Learn about financial statement preparation and reporting processes.
D. Assist in Salary Processing:
1. Assist in payroll calculations, deductions, and compliance with statutory requirements.
2. Learn about payroll software systems.
E. Documentation and Record-Keeping:
1. Organize and archive financial documents in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
2. Learn about data security protocols.
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Gurgaon and neighboring cities
1. CA inter qualification or currently pursuing CA Final
2. Tally working Knowledge and QuickBooks experience, if any
3. Strong understanding of GST, TDS, balance sheet preparation, invoicing, and salary processing and reporting.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and formulas.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 4,50,000 /year
