As the Accountant at Rancho Labs, you will be an integral part of our dedicated team, contributing to the financial health and stability of our organization. Key responsibilities:
1. Maintain organized records of all invoices, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
2. Maintain comprehensive financial records for each business segment
3. Implement effective filing systems for easy retrieval of financial documents
4. Assist in the preparation and documentation of Memorandum of Understanding (MOUs) and contracts related to financial transactions
5. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all financial transactions
6. Prepare regular financial reports for management review
7. Provide insights into financial performance and suggest improvements based on analysis
8. Work closely with internal teams, including sales and marketing, to gather necessary information for accurate financial reporting
9. Collaborate with stakeholders to address any financial concerns or inquiries
10. Demonstrate a strong understanding of Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations
11. Ensure compliance with GST requirements and collaborate with associated Chartered Accountants (CAs) for effective implementation
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
CPA or equivalent professional certification is preferred
Substantial experience in accounting, preferably in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year
