Accountant Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage all aspects of the hotel's financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries
2. Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements
3. Perform bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of all financial data
4. Monitor and maintain inventory controls, ensuring proper recording and valuation
5. Assist with budget preparation and forecasting to support effective financial planning
6. Collaborate with the management team to analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement
7. Keep up-to-date with accounting laws and regulations to ensure compliance and advise management accordingly
