About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Timely invoicing of customers. Dispatch through courier and electronic mail of invoices to all the clients.
2. Regular payment follow-ups for due invoices and and coordinate with the sales team as required.
3. Maintain customer invoicing master records, service contracts and keep track of billing milestones.
4. Responsible for the timely preparation, validation, and maintenance of accounts and MIS reports.
5. Preparing Bank Reconciliation Statements and Cash Flow Statements.
6. Assisting preparation of audit and statutory data as and when required.
7. Compute & Monitor the expenses of the organisation and identify the gaps.
8. Assist the team in creating robust product, process and client level costing.
9. Asset/Liability monitoring.

5. Very strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.

6. Past experience as executive accounts and financial software would be helpful.

7. Qualification:- Qualified accountant. Graduation in B.Com (Hons.) and not pursuing CA/CMA
