1. Organize and develop regular cash flow and fund flow statements, and follow up on receivables and payables. Present required MIS to the directors
2. Organize recovery of sale proceeds and relevant forms/documents as needed
3. Prepare periodical statutory returns, including tax returns for TDS, VAT, CST, and FBT. Also, manage employees' PF, ESIC, and PT. Ensure ROC returns are filed
4. Prepare trial balance, profit and loss, and balance sheet. Provide other company information and statements to directors, auditors, or consultants as required
5. Ensure compliance with other statutory requirements as needed
6. Maintain proper books of accounts and reconcile accounts with debtors and creditors
