Accountant Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Keep track of accounting records like registers, ledgers, journals, and individual accounts.
2. Check and match financial documents like invoices and expense vouchers to ensure accuracy and record them properly.
3. Prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
4. Create schedules, financial statements, and reports as required.
5. Organize and store source documents, files, and other accounting-related information.
6. Properly maintain end-of-year records.
7. Update spreadsheets, databases, and accounting software.
8. Handle invoices and keep the contract filing system organized.
9. Stay updated on accounting rules and policies by doing research.
10. Prepare journal entries, analyze account records, and reconcile statements at the end of each month.
