You must be proficient in Accounting principles, Tally software, and MS Excel. Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written, are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage all accounting transactions and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports.
2. Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
3. Reconcile financial discrepancies and resolve any issues that may arise.
4. Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
5. Monitor and analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations to management for decision-making.
6. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws.
7. Collaborate with other team members to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
