Accountant Fresher Job

Description
We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team in the accounting department. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial records and ensuring accurate financial reporting for our clients. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and a deep understanding of accounting principles.
Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with regulations and identify any potential issues.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including processing invoices, tracking payments, and resolving discrepancies.
Reconcile bank statements and review financial transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Assist with budget forecasting and variance analysis to support financial decision-making.
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support for business operations.
Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with both federal and state regulations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
Professional certification such as CPA is strongly preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP.
Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience with financial analysis and reporting.
Understanding of tax regulations and experience with tax preparation.
