Accountant Fresher Job

We are looking to hire an entry-level accounts executive having 1-2 years of core
experience in accounting for our fastest-growing startup which deals in construction
retrofitting & maintenance. Accounts Executive goal is to operate on transactions quickly by acquiring timely information, record keeping with accuracy, following processes and compliances and timely reporting across departments. If you re proficient in accounting software/tools, detailed oriented, accurate with solid
understanding of accounts and finance reporting principles and practices, and meet
deadlines, read on-you might fit with us!

Key responsibilities:

This is what you will be doing in your first 4 weeks:

1. Learn about the industry, market practices, problems, solutions, products, market
players, etc
2. Configure & explore all tools like accounting software, makers, and checkers
systems, communication tools, etc.
3. Work on the customer journey, company and sales processes, and vendor
management from start to end.
4. Build relationships with your inside, sales representative, and external stakeholders to understand how what & when inflow & outflow information is to be acquired, entries are recorded, approvals, routine banking transactions are operated, periodical regulatory compliances are filed, reporting happens, make yourself ready to perform at your fullest potential.
5. Meet objectives consistently

This is what you will be doing in your first 2 to 6 months:

1. Leverage any opportunity you can to learn about the best practices, build
relevant ones, and incorporate them within the organization
2. Know what it takes to meet or exceed your goals and maintain the momentum to
do so
3. Begin to expand your knowledge of inside accounting duties and responsibilities 4. Work with mentors to set goals for yourself to gain consideration for promotion
5. Continue to build on your core skills and product/industry knowledge to grow into
next position
