Accountant & Personal Assistant Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Record daily expenses with bill documentation (soft-copy update in smart sheets)
2. Work on procurement of components from various grant accounts using different vendor websites, as per team requirement
3. Work on monthly employee salary release with TDS deductions & filing
4. Work on salary slip generation and issue
5. Grant amount finance planning and insights
6. Manage vendor payments
7. Work on Zoho books and Zoho payroll update
8. Prepare quarterly/half-yearly/yearly statements of expenditure & utilization certificates in specified formats for grants
9. Coordinate with CA for GST filing
10. Provide income tax filing assistance and deduction calculation for employees
11. Schedule/organize team meetings
12. Prepare and send purchase orders, invoices, and estimates.
13. Systematic Recording of procurement and maintaining Inventory
14. Keeping Track of Sales and shares respective Estimates / Sales Order / Invoices to Customers.
15. Build Sales / financial Projections

Requirements:

1. B.com finance, B. tech graduates
2. Graduates/post-graduates passionate about working in startups
